My wife and I just sold our house in Warren, NJ. A 6500 square foot Georgian Colonial view home on 1.5 acres. Our house was loaded with tasteful furniture and exquisite decorating. We lived there for 24 years, and were moving to a smaller home, and planned to be changing the decor. As such, we realized we didn't need much of our furniture and household goods + we decided to sell most of what we had.
We called in Linda B. She brought in her team for an " Estate Sale" for my wife and I. They did an outstanding job. Initially, they came to our home a few times before the sale to "size up" our sale items, secure a strategy on the best way to conduct the sale, and really listened to my wife and I on what was important to us in the sale. I found Linda B to be very good at making sure the house was prepared to our expectations. They "prepped the house", tagged all the items, closed off some rooms to keep the traffic to the main areas of the house, supplied our home with tables to display the merchandise, and staffed the sale with very good people knowledgeable in selling the type of items we had. During the sale, they were very attentive to those entering our house, and very mindful of not having our home incur "any issues" from those attending the sale. They had signs up within the home, directing people to the various levels, and really knew how to get the most out of the sale. They also marketed the sale in newspapers, and put up the appropriate neighborhood signage in a very tasteful way. Initially, I was very skeptical about having such a sale, and having the anticipated amount of foot traffic in our lovely home. During the process, Linda's efforts in explaining the aspects of the sale eased my concerns. Ultimately, I found Linda and her team very professional, they we very experienced, they staged the house very well, and really did a fine job. We actually sold a great deal of furniture, accessories, and other household goods. From our perspective, the event was very successful.

Carol and her associates managed the sale of my mother's belongings from a small apartment in Northern NJ. Her knowledge of marketing the event effectively, knowledge of antiques, household goods, and jewelry, and how to price items for fair value netted us more than expectations. When the sale was over, a crew arrived to completely remove everything from the premises so that I merely had to lock the door and turn in the keys. She was a great find, relieving me of trying to accomplish the same thing long distance, and avoiding several costly trips. I was particularly impressed by her integrity. While setting up without my presence the day before the sale she came across a small piece of jewelry, previously overlooked as we went through Mom's belongings. Carol set it aside and brought it to my attention when I arrived. It went into the sale contents and wound up bringing the highest individual price of the whole event. I would recommend her service without reservation. I consider myself lucky to have found her website.

Carol managed the sale of my fathers estate in New Providence. Since the heirs were out of state she took total responsibility to handle the event. Our neighbors reported that the sale was professionally run and the items where exhibited nicely. The gross proceeds from the sale matched / exceeded our expectations. Carol also assisted us in locating a clean out firm that removed the items that remained after the sale. If you are looking to clean out an estate home I would definitely recommend Carol's firm vs. hiring a clean out specialist. There can be surprising value in household items you consider to be of low worth.
